Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate packaging projects to deliver the NPD/EPD pipeline, meeting key milestones throughout development, testing, and execution.
2. Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Product Development, Marketing) and external partners to source new packaging concepts.
3. Analyze packaging solutions, develop testing plans, and conduct trials to ensure all packaging is efficient and meets high standards.
4. Regularly review existing packaging to identify and implement improvements across the portfolio.
5. Serve as a key point of contact for all packaging inquiries, communicating options and risks with stakeholders, and driving resolution.
6. Apply organizational objectives and strategic frameworks to all packaging decisions and solutions.
