This is a key role that goes beyond a traditional 9-5 job, offering the opportunity to influence packaging strategy and sustainability initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brand packaging on-shelf, ensuring alignment with brand image and sustainability goals.
• Drive the packaging innovation agenda in collaboration with trading, merchandising, technical, development, and packaging teams.
• Apply cost minimisation and reduction techniques to maximise appeal while controlling costs.
• Conduct supplier visits and manage supplier relationships to push packaging innovations forward.
• Lead packaging projects with a structured, project-based approach and report on progress.
