Job description
Overview

Packaging. It’s not just a box or a bottle. It’s the first thing people touch. The thing that has to protect, perform, look good, feel good - and increasingly - be sustainable.

This role is about staying ahead of the curve. Spotting trends before they go mainstream. Knowing which formats are gimmicks and which ones actually work. And then helping brands turn big creative ideas into packaging that can actually be manufactured, filled, shipped, and shelved.
