Job Empire is seeking a highly motivated Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team in the United Kingdom. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor processes, inspect finished goods, and maintain a safe, organized work area to ensure product quality and timely packaging.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, packaging experience, attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging equipment and machinery.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to ensure products are packaged accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor packaging process and adjust to maintain quality.
• Inspect finished products to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and quality.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve packaging issues.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
