Job summary

AB InBev Group in Magor, United Kingdom is seeking an entry level Operator Technician to support the Packaging Department. You will perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks, operate packaging equipment, monitor quality, and help meet KPI targets in cost, quality and delivery.

You will work as part of a team, adhering to safety, HACCP and housekeeping standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• English & Maths Standard Grades or Equivalent.
• Packaging or Engineering based Qualification preferred.
• Packaging and/or Engineering Experience an Advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate Packaging Equipment to deliver finished goods of right quality, at the right time and cost.
• Undertake improvement activities to meet KPI targets (e.g., SIC).
• Attend meetings and briefings; adhere to PDPs and documentation requirements.
• Comply with safety, health & environment, product and process quality rules.
