Your new role

**12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As a packaging operator this role has the responsibility to operate the designated production equipment and systems to produce product that meets pre-defined quality attributes and production schedules, at the EML Production facility in Hatfield and to ensure the efficient operation of all production operations.

Ensuring that operations conducted are performed in accordance with the requirements of Eisai Corporate Standards, Eisai Quality System, GMP and GDP Guidelines and Industry Standards.

Duties are performed to ensure:

  • A safe working environment is maintained for self and other Eisai employees, ensuring all near-miss incidents and accidents are reported in accordance with procedures.
  • The Quality of products produced and released is assured through adherence to all procedures.
  • Opportunities to improve operations and reduce costs are identified and progressed through the continuous improvement and demand innovation initiatives.
  • Eisai’s philosophy of hhc is at the forefront of daily activities.
  • All stakeholder and customer expectations are understood and met through communication.
  • Performance is in line with personal and Eisai objectives with demonstrated behaviors and competencies.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience of all packaging lines and processes.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communication links within EML (QA, Warehouse & Technical)
  • Demonstrates good organisational skills and the ability to be agile depending on the schedule demands and unforeseen changes.
  • Good communication skills and correspondence with the packaging manager and other team members.
  • A growth mind-set with a focus on professional self-development.
