Job summary

Pertemps is seeking a Packaging Technician for their site in Spondon. The role covers packaging, granulation and material handling with a Monday–Friday shift from 06:00 to 14:00.

Pay starts at £15.03 per hour, increasing to £17.69 after 12 weeks, with overtime at 1.5x and a 12-week pay review. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, a strong eye for detail, good communication, and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• FLT Counterbalance licence desirable.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging production or warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Our client is a global leader in the field of chemistry, providing material solutions used across a wide range of major industries. They are currently seeking Packaging Technicians to support the packaging, granulation and material handling operations on their site.

Skills and Experience
