Drnewitt in Kent near Tonbridge is seeking a Packaging Team Leader to supervise daily packaging and store operations. You will report to the Packaging Manager, oversee packaging staff, maintain stock records, and ensure timely packaging supply to meet daily production demand.

The role requires hands-on supervisory experience in packaging or warehousing within FMCG environments, with strong inventory management and ERP/SAP skills, plus food safety and BRC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, supply chain or warehousing in Food/FMCG environments.
• Previous supervisory experience leading teams.
• Strong inventory management and ERP/SAP skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and BRC standards.
• Excellent organisational and numerical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, motivate, and organise daily workloads of packaging staff.
• Receive, check, and record incoming packaging materials in the ERP system; maintain stock sheets.
• Accurately pick packaging against requisitions and coordinate safe transport to production site.
• Uphold BRC packaging and label controls; maintain traceability records; report health and safety concerns.
• Organise store layout by product type; manage stock rotation and deliveries.
