Job Description:

I am looking for a brilliant senior creative to work with a global entertainment platform. You will have FMCG product development experience, ideally in licensing along with experience in working in brand partnerships.

Starting Asap (can wait a couple of weeks for the right candidate) This is a 12-MONTH contract based on a daily rate of £390. You will also need to go via an Umbrella Company as the role is inside IR35.

This role is Hybrid, 3 days based in the London office 2 days WFH.

Job Description:

You will be an integral part of the EMEA design team covering all food and beverage product development aspects of the CP business across all local markets.

Work with our brand partnerships team on any x-functional F&B initiatives.

Manage freelancers and outside agencies in the development of creative tools, such as mood boards, product mock ups and other needs to assist in driving the creative direction of products from Infant to Adult.

Partner with licensees to drive innovation and supply feedback from concept to final product approval ensuring brand vision, design quality and product integrity.

Manage and maintain product approvals in a timely manner through the internal product approval system.

Build and maintain close relationships with cross functional teams such as Licensing, MSD and Retail Marketing to support overall brand vision.

Align with key stakeholders across content makers, brand partnerships, BLA, creative marketing and regional marketing teams where applicable to maximize the impact of our strategies.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in directing creative vision for food and beverage product development categories, with either vertical or entertainment/licensed brands or retail.

Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate - Self motivated and willing to lead without supervision.

Ongoing observation and knowledge of f&b trends and npd, and the ability to apply that knowledge to direct brand vision and create compelling products.

Understanding of the competitive brand and European retail landscape.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with contractors and agencies in soliciting creative projects and deliverables.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.

Essential project and time management skills.

Multilingual is advantageous.

EMEA regional experience.

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills are a must
