Job Description:

Our established client is a leading player in Packaging Equipment, specializing in systems and consumables for protective packaging. They design, manufacture, and market industrial packaging-converting systems covering the entire packaging, void fill, and product protection markets. Key sectors include E-commerce, B2B, B2C, and 3PL (Third Party Logistics).

The role is UK-based, reporting to the client’s office in England, with travel primarily to Germany and the Netherlands. It is predominantly field-based within the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop Packaging Grade Paper products by identifying potential products, conducting market research, and generating product requirements.
2. Determine specifications, production schedules, pricing, and plan product introductions.
3. Develop marketing strategies for new products.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Understanding of Packaging Grade Paper and its interaction with Packaging Systems.
• Experience in Product Management, People Management, Customer Understanding, Product Development.
• Skills in Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Sales Planning, Inventory Control, Financial Planning, and Strategy.
