Overall Mission

To undertake pharmaceutical production line operator duties, working safely and in line with the highest standards of cGMP to meet production schedules.

Role Overview

You will work as part of a team responsible for running an inhalation packaging line to ensure production targets are met. You will receive training in departmental processes, procedures, and equipment. You will follow all safety procedures and maintain high standards of housekeeping. Attention to detail is crucial as you will complete and check documentation for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Ensure production and changeover targets are met.
• Plan ahead to prepare for the next shift.
• Use escalation processes to raise issues and minimize downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Complete and verify paperwork accurately, following ALCOA principles.
• Contribute improvement ideas.
• Show flexibility to meet department needs.

Skills & Experience

• GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/Level 4 or above (preferred).
• Experience in a production environment, shift work preferred.
• Understanding of GMP is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good spoken and written English skills.

Additional Information
