Job summary

Anheuser-Busch in Preston, United Kingdom, seeks a Packaging Operator to execute routine packaging tasks from raw materials to finished products. You will operate packaging equipment, ensure quality, and work within Safety, Quality, and 5S standards to meet daily targets.

You will receive on-the-job training, participate in PDP-based skill development, and support continuous improvements to achieve KPI goals, including SIC.FLT licensed operators are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• English & Mathematics Standard Grades or equivalent (must-have).
• Packaging or Engineering based qualification an advantage.
• Packaging and/or Engineering experience an advantage.
• All operational training provided to perform the role.
• FLT License where appropriate (Keg Palletiser).

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to deliver finished goods on time and to quality standards.
• Comply with Safety, Health & Environment requirements and HACCP where defined by policy.
• Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping within the department.
• Contribute to KPI targets, including Short Interval Control (SIC).
• Attend meetings and briefings; participate in PDP training and skills development.
