Job Title: Packaging Manager / Engineer – Some WFH

Salary: Up to £45k pa (depending on experience)

Opportunity to join one of the UK’s best known and most loved brands. You will lead RDQ activities to complete packaging design and deployment for innovation, growth, and productivity projects across multiple geographies, focusing on delivering a superior consumer experience.

You will coordinate technical work aligned with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, communicating status and risks effectively, and manage projects to determine packaging specifications using sampling, supplier management, and factory trials in accordance with GMP and HACCP standards. The role involves developing packaging designs, specifications, scale-up, commissioning, and resource planning, including external agencies and suppliers. You will use your understanding of equipment design and manufacturing processes to ensure packaging specifications are precise. Stakeholder management, influencing decisions, and creating intellectual property to drive competitive advantage are key responsibilities.
