Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an intern to support the Packaging Engineering team in developing and managing packaging solutions for production parts. You will work with returnable packaging equipment such as metal stillages and racks, and assist with packaging trials and material planning.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor’s degree and are proficient in Excel, with SAP and AutoCAD knowledge considered a plus. This is a 1-year fixed-term internship with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP and AutoCAD experience would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging improvement projects to reduce damage, waste and handling.
• Assist design, evaluation and implementation of returnable packaging solutions.
• Support packaging trials, validations and packaging card updates.
