Job summary

The C&C Group operates Wellpark Brewery in Glasgow, a leading brewer-distributor, and seeks an Engineering leader to optimize resources and drive high-level performance. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will manage the packaging engineering function across canning, bottling and kegging, ensuring safety, quality and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record managing teams to targets/KPIs in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities in an operational shift environment.
• Experience using new technologies to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering teams to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Drive downtime reduction and asset availability through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation.
• Monitor plant performance and implement action plans to improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement planned maintenance procedures and adherence targets.
• Shape the engineering function for long-term capability and performance.
