McLaren Automotive is seeking a Logistics Packaging Engineer to assist in the design, implementation and optimisation of packaging solutions supporting efficient material handling, transport utilisation and lean manufacturing principles. You will work with cross-functional teams to set packaging standards and contribute to cost-effective, sustainable packaging solutions.

The role involves data management in PFEP, supplier collaboration, and tracking KPIs to identify improvements in packaging

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
1–2 years of packaging, logistics or supply chain engineering experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
Analytical skills to assess packaging performance and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing and optimising packaging to improve material handling, storage and transport.
Support implementation of packaging standards and supplier collaboration.
Maintain PFEP data and analyze packaging usage to identify improvements.
Track KPIs for packaging and logistics performance and support continuous improvement.
