Job summary

MorePeople is seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to lead our packaging operation across multiple sites. You will own quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, working with Production, Technical and NPD teams to drive excellence and meet legislation and customer requirements.

The role requires proven food manufacturing packing experience, strong knowledge of packaging legislation and labeling, and outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Are you an experienced Packaging Manager with a passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement?

We're looking for a motivated leader to join a large food manufacturing business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our packaging operation while playing a key role in ensuring our packaging meets all current legislation, customer requirements and industry standards. This role is across multiple sites and is a senior leadership role.

Working closely with Production, Technical and NPD teams, you'll help drive operational excellence, improve packaging performance and ensure packaging remains fully compliant in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
