Packaging Design Manager

Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

An established global wellness and lifestyle brand is looking for a Packaging & Brand Content Design Manager to join its growing in-house creative team. This role sits within a supportive and collaborative brand content department, responsible for delivering engaging, on-brand content across packaging, digital, print, and campaign materials. The ideal candidate will bring creative energy, strong project management skills, and a meticulous approach to design, while confidently working across departments to deliver high-impact campaigns and product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and rollout of product packaging, including new launches and updates to existing lines, ensuring all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and regional market requirements
  • Manage and coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously, working closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and suppliers to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate on campaign ideation and content development, producing assets for use across social media, websites, email marketing, retail, and print
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity across all creative outputs; including typography, colour palettes, tone of voice, and visual hierarchy
  • Support internal teams including Product Innovation, Education, Events, and Customer Success to ensure creative assets meet business goals
  • Work alongside the Senior Design Manager, Social Media Manager, and Copywriter to maintain cohesion and brand alignment across all channels
  • Uphold accuracy, legal compliance, and internal quality standards on all packaging and content projects

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in packaging and print design within a consumer product or wellness brand (in-house or agency side)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) — experience with 3D software (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience delivering projects to tight deadlines across multi-functional teams
  • Familiarity with working across multi-language and multicultural design projects
  • Experience in health, wellness, or nutrition sectors beneficial
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality under pressure
  • Degree or professional certification in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or similar
