Job summary

THG Nutrition is seeking a Packaging Coordinator to enhance packaging quality, drive sustainability across all pack formats, and support NPD launches for its Wellbeing and Nutrition brands. Based in Manchester, you will partner with brand, marketing, and overseas teams to map an innovation pipeline and ensure packaging meets market needs.

You will work within THG's Procurement and Supply Chain function to deliver continuous improvements, monitor trends, and contribute to our ambition to lead in

Responsibilities

• To source and deliver packaging solutions across all NPD launches.
• To support the Packaging Development Manager on delivering our Sustainability Strategy over all pack formats.
• To work with the brand, marketing and influencer teams to monitor trends and map out an innovation pipeline for our Nutrition brands.
• To understand localised trends in our overseas territories to support packaging innovation globally.
• To review post-launch feedback in order to deliver a continuous improvement supporting our best-in-class brand.

The Packaging Coordinator will be responsible for delivering improvements in quality, innovation and commercial benefit for packaging of our leading Wellbeing and Nutrition brands.

As a Packaging Coordinator , you’ll:
