Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Packaging Coordinator for our client's factory plant, which forms a major part of the factory complex that manufactures transmissions at the site.

Staffline is recruiting Packaging Coordinators in Halewood, Merseyside.

The rate of pay is £14.26 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £21.39 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 3:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Packaging Co-Ordinator, you will coordinate packaging data collection from our client's supplier base and populate their systems for a tri-plant new model and new model year programs. Key Responsibilities:

Data Coordination:
- Collect packaging data from JLR suppliers using EU1121 forms for new model programs and model year updates (up to Job1 +90 days).
- Track supplier performance against packaging data deadlines and targets.

System Management:
- Maintain and update JLR databases/systems with the latest agreed packaging data.
- Generate and distribute metrics and summaries to report on packaging data status.

Audits:
- Conduct audits to verify supplier compliance with agreed packaging data at key stages (PP, Job1, and Job1 +30)
