Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00

About The Role

Are you methodical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments? We're looking for a Packaging Coordinator to join our dynamic Planning Division. This is a key role where you'll manage packaging requirements across stock, systems, and supply chains to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day packaging requirements with Planning, Procurement, and New Product Development teams
  • Managing packaging inventory and orders based on current stock needs
  • Using SAP to monitor stock levels and manage packaging materials
  • Maintaining and tracking data using Excel
  • Working independently to ensure accuracy and timely coordination

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who is highly accurate, detail-focused, and methodical in their approach
  • Able to work autonomously and manage their own workflow
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Experience using SAP and Excel in a supply chain or packaging context (preferred)
