We are looking for a Packaging Admin Support

Salary: £15.55 per hour

Location: Grimsby

Immediate start

Shifts: Full time, Monday to Friday (8-hour days, flexible between 8am5pm)

Mach Recruitment is recruiting for a Packaging Admin Support to join the Process Development Team, reporting directly to the Packaging Technologist.

The Role

You will support the packaging function across several key areas:

  • Generating purchase orders (POs), booking couriers, and requesting packaging samples
  • Uploading retailer and own-brand artworks to internal systems for review and following up with relevant departments
  • Assisting the Packaging Technologist with New Product Development (NPD) briefs and creating cost requests
  • Supporting the NPD team with assessing product fit for packaging concepts and preparing sample submissions
  • Requesting and managing packaging codes
  • Updating workflow trackers in line with development briefs
  • Managing packaging compliance by completing spreadsheets detailing materials, weights, and wasteon both internal and external systems

About You:
