Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics (TP) and Laing O\'Rourke are delivering BYLOR at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. The Package Manager will lead internal fit-out packages, coordinating sub-contractors, planning, design management, and on-site quality processes to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires prior package management and NEC contract exposure, with BIM coordination for 2D/3D work, and interaction with the supply chain across multiple packages.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Building/Construction management or Civil engineering with relevant building experience.
• Experience managing sub-contracts, changes, progress, and quality on large civil/building projects.

Responsibilities

• Sub-contract management and writing Scope of Works (SoW).
• Coordinate with planning to write programmes for scope of works.
• Review sub-contractors' documentation in line with programme.
• Lead progress meetings and record actions for each package.
