NES Fircroft in Middlesbrough is seeking an experienced Package Manager to own the delivery of a large data centre project from mobilisation through to handover. You will coordinate site activities, manage programmes and costs, and lead teams including subcontractors and suppliers to meet safety and quality standards.
The role requires strong HVAC/MEP knowledge, a solid grasp of building services, and the ability to resolve technical challenges while maintaining programme milestones.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Package Manager to join a specialist engineering business, supporting the delivery of a major data centre project.
You will take ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through to installation, commissioning and final handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with clients, engineering teams, subcontractors and suppliers, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities and driving the successful delivery of the project.
We are looking for an experienced Package Manager or Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex construction, HVAC or MEP projects.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience within data centres or other critical environments would be highly advantageous. However, candidates with transferable experience delivering complex HVAC or MEP projects in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare or industrial construction will also be considered. Relevant engineering, construction or project management qualifications, alongside appropriate site safety qualifications, would be beneficial.
