A healthcare service provider in London seeks a Package Coordinator to liaise between clients and support staff. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and supporting package managers in client rehabilitation efforts. Candidates must be organized, confident, and willing to work flexibly across different locations.
As a Package Coordinator, you will play an integral part as one of the key people liaising between our Clients, Support Workers and Package Managers. We are looking for someone who is confident, capable and ready for a challenge. You will need to demonstrate proven ability to coordinate people and systems and work as part of a team, supporting the Package Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all communication and documentation to assist our client's rehabilitation is implemented.
Location: Ealing, London
Hours of Duty: 40 hours a week
Responsible to: Senior Manager
Main Contacts: Clients & family members; AICS Group staff; Multidisciplinary Team including team leaders, therapists, consultants, psychologist, case managers and GPs
Special Conditions of Service: An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check will be undertaken; Maintain confidentiality in respect of the client; Able and willing to work flexibly at various locations

All members of staff at The AICS Group have a safeguarding responsibility. As part of the role the post holder will undertake mandatory safeguarding as part of their induction. The post holder will be required to ensure that vulnerable adults and children are safeguarded. The role includes a duty to refer any safeguarding concerns they may have to their line manager.

The AICS Group is committed to offering training and support to all staff. The post holder will be required to attend mandatory training, participate in supervision, annual appraisals and development reviews.
