Position: PA | VIP Manager

For our London office, we are looking for a highly skilled PA | VIP Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Booking of hotels, transfers, flights etc. incl. negotiating with suppliers
  • VIP service - follow up services from providers, incl hotel management
  • Structuring travel itineraries for HNW/UHNW clients
  • Other admin: preparing trips incl. restaurant reservations, activities and more, following up on invoices, post on social media etc.
  • Support of the leadership on a day-to-day basis, e.g. arranging client meetings, internal admin
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of experience from e.g: high-end hospitality company, travel planning, concierge service, events planning, PA role or similar.
  • Insight and interest in high-end/luxury providers within hospitality services, arts etc.
  • Personality: service oriented, proactive/driven, attention to detail and structured
  • Preferably a university degree
