A local educational institution in England is seeking a PA to the Principal & HR administrator. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, effectively managing the Principal’s workload, and assisting in HR functions. Grade 8: £27,717 - £30,066 FTE (Actual salary: £24,324 - £26,385 p/a)
Hours: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year

This is a key post within the school which requires dedication and a highly efficient and responsible approach. It requires working closely with the Principal and being able to give the Principal's requirements first priority. The post therefore calls for the ability to work independently, use judgment and initiative, and remain calm and controlled under pressure in a demanding and constantly changing environment.
