Are you a highly organised, proactive, and dynamic individual looking to support senior executives in a thriving homebuilding company? My client is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Operations Director. This role will play a crucial role in their mission to create exceptional homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and Diary Management:
- Coordinate and manage the MD and Operations Director's schedules.
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary documents and details are provided.
- Organise internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow-up.
Inbox Management:- Monitor and manage the MD and Operations Director's emails, prioritising urgent matters.
- Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the executives as needed.
- Ensure important communications are addressed promptly.
Event Management:- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle venue bookings, catering, and all event logistics.
- Coordinate team-building activities and corporate social events.
HR Administration (using BrightHR):- Manage new starter and leaver processes, including onboarding and exit interviews.
- Oversee holiday and sick pay administration.
- Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Office Management (Ad hoc):- Ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
- Address any ad hoc office issues, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
