Job description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) for a highly regarded, award-winning brand based in Godalming. The role involves supporting senior management with a range of administrative tasks and requires a proactive, confident individual with sound judgment and a positive attitude.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing emails and correspondence
  2. Organizing and maintaining the calendar, including scheduling appointments
  3. Answering and routing phone calls professionally
  4. Reading, analyzing, and distributing memos and submissions
  5. Maintaining an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents
  6. Upholding strict confidentiality standards
  7. Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the executive
  8. Handling personal tasks for the executive as needed
  9. Leading a small executive support team (if required)
Requirements:
  1. Experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior manager or executive
  2. Strong understanding of office management systems and applications
  3. Excellent planning and time management skills
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  5. Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
