We are seeking a motivated self-starter to carry out the role of PA to the Headteacher. The position is extremely busy but rewarding and involves providing high quality administrative support to the Headteacher. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, IT literate and be able to work within a team but also independently with confidential/sensitive information.

About you

PERSON SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Maths and English to at least GCSE C/5 or equivalent
Qualified at least to A level or have the equivalent experience
Secretarial/administration qualification or equivalent work experience
Degree qualification (desirable)

EXPERIENCE
Experience of working in a similar role, as a Personal Assistant
Experience of working within a school environment (desirable)
Experience of working within a busy office environment
Excellent IT skills
Proven experience of working with Microsoft products or similar
Experience of using a management information system (desirable)
Experience of working with young people (desirable)
