Headteacher's Personal Assistant (PA)'s required in Harrow!

Tradewind are seeking highly professional, proactive, and organised Personal Assistants (PA) to support Headteachers of secondary schools in Harrow. These are full-time roles during term time only, and successful applicants will need to be available 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. Initially offered on a temporary basis, there is strong potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Managing the Headteacher's diary, appointments, and correspondence
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
  • Supporting the smooth running of the school's leadership team

Person Specification:

  • Essential: Proven experience as a PA, ideally at a senior leadership level
  • Desirable: Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and school-based systems (SIMS knowledge is an advantage)
  • Discreet, reliable, and adaptable, with a positive and calm approach
