Job Description:

Hybrid, full-time ongoing temporary position based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, offering up to £18/hour depending on experience. Are you a PA looking for your next step? Would you like to work for a nationally-recognised firm, providing both PA and project support? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, the successful applicant will be working alongside the Head of Projects; providing PA support as well as assistance with projects. Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  1. Diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings and drafting presentations
  2. Designing meeting agendas and creating action points, updating databases as required
  3. Covering PA duties for other directors when required, for example due to staff sickness
  4. Working closely with other PAs to ensure the smooth-running of the office
  5. Providing IT support and covering board requests on an ad-hoc basis

Prospective applicants must have previous PA experience supporting at director-level, and be able to work confidentially with sensitive information. They must be proactive and forward-thinking, have excellent organisation and communication skills, and excel working as part of a team.
