PA TO GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
An established Shared Services company, who provides Business administrative support to various companies in the UK. Our aim is to reduce our Client's costs by centralising back office functions that are used by multiple divisions within the business, to allow each division to focus its limited resources on activities that support the Client's business goals.
JOB PURPOSE
As the full-time Assistant to the Group Finance Director you will provide full administration support as well as providing administration support to other departments when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The PA to the Group Finance Director will be required to prepare Excel Spreadsheets, including entering formulas, along with running Navision and Sage reports and analysis/comparison of extracted data.
• You will be responsible for Outlook/ Diary Management and will liaise with other offices.
• Daily responsibilities will include dealing with correspondence, preparing documentation, making travel arrangements and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries.
• You will be responsible for raising invoices.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent administration skills are required including good knowledge of Excel and inputting formulas, MS Word and Outlook.
• You shall have the ability to organise and prioritise to meet set deadlines.
• Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills.
• Confident in dealing with people at all levels.
• Highly organised, monitoring and managing multiple tasks.
• You shall possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Being well presented, reliable and punctual is a must.
The ideal candidate must have strong support experience of working within a busy environment and will preferably have some accounting experience (although accounting experience is not essential).
Hours: Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm
Salary: 21 - 25k.
