A global organization in London is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Group CFO. This role involves high-level diary management, organizing travel, and Board meeting arrangements. The position offers a good overall package including a bonus scheme, with a blend of on-site and future hybrid flexibility.

Your new role
Supporting a Group CFO. High-level diary management, organising global travel, organising the Board meetings which take place abroad (need to be able to travel once a quarter to host these meetings - all paid for), although globally it is a huge organisation in London it is a smaller set up, so everyone chips in and rolls up their sleeves. They have a full-time receptionist in place, but you will need to cover her breaks and holidays.
What you'll need to succeed
PA experience, good with numbers - it is supporting a CFO, so there will be spreadsheet work (not accounting at all, just reports). Good steady CV.
What you'll get in return
Excellent bonus in scheme, good overall package. The role is mainly based in the London office, although hybrid working which happen in the future once settled in. Get to travel abroad once a quarter (all paid for)
