A leading company is seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager in Leeds. You will manage a busy diary, support functional meetings, and coordinate communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent IT proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Joining us as the PA to the UK&I General Manager, you’ll be responsible for the effective management of a busy and complex diary, full support with functional meetings, (attending them, managing the agendas, taking minutes), producing clear and accurate communication items plus all event support You’ll also manage all correspondence for the General Manager where required and work closely with the Office Manager/PA network to ensure consistency and coordination across the organisation.
