Personal Assistant to the Executive Team

We’re looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Executive Support team, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and can confidently support our Executive Team with professionalism and discretion.

This isn’t your typical office-based role. As a PA to the Executive Team, you’ll be on the move, travelling across our network to provide hands-on support wherever it’s needed. You’ll be a trusted partner to our senior leaders, ensuring their days run smoothly, whether that’s in the boardroom, on the train, or at one of our key locations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Confidential Executive Support: Deliver seamless, confidential support that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Master the Details: Juggle complex diaries, inboxes, and communications with clarity, confidence, and precision.
  • Plan Like a Pro: Organise high-impact meetings, events, and travel across the UK and beyond.
  • Create with Purpose: Craft polished presentations and briefing packs that make a lasting impression.
  • Lead with Professionalism: Take accurate minutes, follow up on actions, and represent the Executive Team when hosting visitors.
