📍 Location: Watford

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

💷 Salary: £36,000 - £37,000

Responsibilities
  • Organising and managing the DFO's diary and Outlook calendar 📅
  • Providing general secretarial and administrative support
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors
  • Administering meetings, including document production and distribution
  • Assisting in HR administration, including managing leave and sickness records
  • Supporting recruitment processes and facilitating new starter checks
  • Suggesting improvements for administrative processes
Essential experience
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Must have previous experience working in an office environment within an administrative role ideally PA
