An exciting new role has arisen for an energetic and engaging PA to support the COO of this global investment business based in the West End. Supporting a highly dynamic senior executive who oversees the entire operational part of the business (including finance and HR) and her core senior team, you will be a fantastic organiser and highly trusted PA with at least two years’ experience, ideally within a similarly fast-paced environment. This is a busy and varied role and as PA, you will need to be experienced in coordinating a busy and ever-changing diary and setting up global meetings and travel. You will also have excellent written skills as you will prepare information for key meetings and often be privy to information of a highly confidential nature.

There is lots of variety to this autonomous PA role, and no two days will be the same. You will work very closely with the wider administrative team on projects and be very much part of the decisions in the team. As a senior PA, you will need to be someone who can be relied upon to make good decisions and use your judgement wisely to respond to changing situations and act with discretion. The team is highly collaborative, looks out for each other, and has fun! The role will suit someone who is used to working with different personalities and has excellent emotional intelligence and a real desire to excel in their role. There is huge scope and a real opportunity to build the role and grow with the team. The sky is the limit!

As a key PA in the business, you will be someone who takes great pride in their work and who enjoys providing high-level support to senior members of the team. Ideally, someone who can hit the ground running and loves to work at pace. If you are a hard worker, highly professional, and someone with enthusiasm and energy who is always keen to deliver above and beyond, you will thrive in this role.

Duties include:

  1. High-level diary management, global meetings across multiple time zones.
  2. Coordinate UK and international travel for the executive team.
  3. Processing monthly expenses.
  4. Extensive liaison with internal clients and stakeholders.
