We are looking for a PA to Commercial Director, Store and Pure Player Division.
About the Job
Responsible for supporting the Commercial Director with a variety of PA and administrative duties, as well as coordinating internal events.
You will be providing executive and administrative support, including diary and inbox management, note taking, letter writing and expense processing. You'll work collaboratively with the Commercial Director on a variety of bespoke projects, contributing to the preparation of reports, presentations, and the collation of strategic information.
To effectively support the Commercial Director's priorities, you'll stay aligned with the company's vision and objectives, ensuring your work reflects and reinforces key business goals.
The role involves regular contact with Head Office departments, Global Groupe colleagues both UK based and International, external suppliers, trade partners, professional bodies and store groups.
