Our client - a leading City based insurance firm with stunning offices - is seeking an exceptional PA to join them on a 9-month FTC basis to cover a maternity leave. A role supporting their Global Chief of Staff and EA to the CEO, this is fantastic opportunity for immediately available PAs who enjoy offering 1:1 support and working at C suite. Seeking a superb communicator with very strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, the role is well suited to a PA with 5+ years comparable experience who has a proven track record of success in fast-paced, professional services industries. Responsible for full inbox and diary management for Chief of Staff, arranging international travel itineraries, board report assistance, and taking on ad-hoc projects, events, and initiatives as they arise, this is a varied role with significant scope to add value. Seeking a confident candidate that can take initiative, and someone comfortable working in ever-changing and ambiguous circumstances, the ability to adapt priorities and meet deadlines and constantly changing demands is essential, as are accuracy and attention to detail. The role also requires strong IT skills, including MS Office products such as PowerPoint and Excel.
