An opportunity to hold a varied and challenging Personal Assistant position for a high-profile Board member of a leading UK plc.

You will have previously held a role involving extensive private/lifestyle support for a high net worth individual and will be accustomed to managing a broad range of activities, including:

  1. Managing multiple diaries (corporate and private) ensuring efficient use of the Chairman’s time
  2. Producing confidential documents and briefings
  3. Basic bookkeeping: preparing and tracking expenses in conjunction with the private accountant
  4. Travel arrangements both domestic and international, including private chauffeurs and air travel
  5. Hospitality & event planning: dinner parties and entertainment arrangements including catering
  6. Supporting family logistics, including planning around school holidays
  7. Liaison with estate managers and domestic staff across two properties (South East UK and Monaco)

You will need:

  1. 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with evidence of private support
  2. Fluent business French (written & spoken) to handle Monaco lifestyle arrangements
  3. The ability to work from the Canary Wharf HQ 4 days per week (Friday WFH)
  4. A flexible attitude with a positive disposition and the ability to build relationships quickly

The role will be based in the corporate headquarters (around staff) in Canary Wharf, working in close collaboration with other assistants at Board/MD level. It involves a 4-day in-office hybrid work structure (1 day from home) with full corporate benefits. Hours are 8 am – 5 pm with flexibility where required.
