C&C Search is currently recruiting an exceptional PA/Office Manager to support a small team within an innovative property development and investment firm. This is an incredible opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA to step into a dynamic role!

Position: Personal Assistant / Office Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (based on experience)
Hybrid set-up: 4 or 5 days a week in office weekly

Size of company: Mid-sized, with a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Key responsibilities for this PA/Office Manager position:

  • Acting as the CEO’s right-hand person, serving as the primary point of contact for external clients and investors
  • Diary & calendar management – overseeing complex scheduling, coordinating domestic and international travel logistics
  • Providing meeting support, including taking minutes and tracking action items
  • Office management and other ad hoc duties

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as a PA/Office Manager ideally within the property sector or similar industry
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, confident in liaising with senior stakeholders and ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage deadlines
  • Must be tech savvy
