Christopher Nieper Education Trust is seeking to appoint a highly organised and self-motivated individual with enthusiasm and drive to support the CEO and deliver effective governance and compliance practices. This role is an integral part of our small, growing central team.
Our Trust and academies require dedicated staff committed to improving children's life chances. Staff are vital in achieving this goal. Trustees and Governing Boards meet mainly in the evenings, with scheduled dates at the start of the academic year.
The successful candidate will be efficient, an excellent communicator, and maintain high confidentiality. The role demands attention to detail, high standards of communication, strong administrative skills, and experience in supporting meetings.

Job Description
The PA to CEO and Trust Governance & Compliance Professional should have extensive knowledge of PA roles and understanding of school governance, or be willing to learn quickly. Strong administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
The postholder will undertake clerking for Trust Board and Committee meetings, providing high-quality governance support and advice. Working within the Central Team, they will support academies and collaborate with the CEO and CFOO to meet strategic objectives.
The role requires working across all Trust schools, with most meetings held in the late afternoons and evenings, making evening availability essential. The position is based at Stonebroom Primary School with opportunities for remote work by mutual agreement.
The post involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, requiring discretion and diplomacy. Effective organisational and management skills are necessary to support additional projects as needed.
