PA/Team Assistant – Entertainment Industry

Location: West London

Type: Temporary - 3 months with the possibility of extension

Hybrid: 4 Days in the Office

Rate: £150 per day

Impact is seeking an organised, passionate, and driven Team Assistant with PA experience to support our client, a leading entertainment company!


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to creative teams.
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Help organise and coordinate off-sites, team meetings, and socials.
  4. Support senior team members with travel arrangements and scheduling.
  5. Take on ad-hoc tasks and support special projects as needed.
  6. Ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Experience & Skills:
  1. Previous experience supporting a team, ideally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities.
  3. Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  4. PA experience.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
  6. Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
  7. Ideally experience within entertainment or a global creative company.
