Job summary

Independent Lives in Crawley, United Kingdom, is seeking two Personal Assistants to provide consistent, compassionate in-home support for a stay-at-home mum with disabilities, including Crohn's disease and ADHD. You will assist with daily tasks at home and help the client access medical appointments and community activities.

Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, honest, and able to communicate clearly. Driving and cooking experience are valued.

• If the role is offered on a self-employed basis, you will be responsible for the cost of your own DBS check.

I am a stay-at-home mum with multiple disabilities including Crohn's disease, POTS, FND and severe endometriosis. I also have a stoma but I'm able to change my bag independently. I am looking for 2 Personal Assistants who can be consistent and helpful both around the house and in supporting me with accessing the community.

I have a 7-year-old son who is home educated who requires a lot of attention from me and therefore I need someone who can be friendly and approachable, but who can also work with minimal supervision.

I also have ADHD and autism so would appreciate clear and straightforward communication., Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
