Job description

PA/Sales Operations Manager


Location: Wimbledon


Fully office based
Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:45am-5:00pm with early finish on Fridays)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Incredible Bonuses (post-probation)

About Our Client
Our client, is a vibrant and fast-paced events organisation known for delivering high-impact exhibitions and experiences. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive PA/Sales Operations Manager to support their sales team and ensure seamless operational delivery.


What You'll Be Doing
As a PA/Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the operational backbone of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining the Plecto Dashboard and updating Trading Reports

  • Creating new year issues/shows in Dynamics

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage cancellation processes

  • Keeping commission trackers up to date

  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices

  • Creating rebook template contracts and rebook packs

  • Updating the Sales Performance Tracker (KPIs)

  • Booking travel for the team

  • Organising team incentives, vouchers, and prizes


What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:



  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

  • Experience of working for C-Suite executives

  • The ability and confidence to work for senior executives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset


Nice-to-Haves:



  • Experience in sales operations or PA roles

  • Familiarity with Plecto or similar performance tracking tools

  • Background in events or exhibitions
