Job description

PA required in Bradwell to support a young boy for 4 hrs p/w @ £13 p/h - Great Yarmouth - NR31

I am a young boy with ADHD and sensory needs. I am looking for support from a Personal Assistant to help me with supported activities. I am very high energy and need someone who would match my pace and enthusiasm. I love being out and about in parks, swimming, and doing outdoor activities. I also like going to McDonald’s. I have a keen interest in Jack and the Beanstalk and often like to base imaginative plans and tell stories based on this story.

I can become overwhelmed quickly in unfamiliar and busy environments, and if I am anxious or bored, I may try to run away. This means that you would need to be vigilant and always monitor me and redirect me. When dysregulated due to emotions or overstimulation, I may swear or shout in public. You would, therefore, need to be confident in de-escalating these situations.
