Job Description
Duties of the PA/Office Manager:
Support the senior leadership team with diary and travel management
Manage office procedures to optimise efficiency.
Coordinate meetings, record minutes and distribute to relevant parties.
Handle correspondence including emails, letters and packages.
Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
Maintain and update company databases.
Organise office maintenance and repairs when needed.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
Create marketing and communication content for the brand
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA/Office Manager should have:
Proven experience in a similar PA/Office Manager role
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A professional demeanour and strong communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
Experience in managing office supplies and equipment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
