A rapidly growing start-up in the fashion industry is seeking aPA / Office Managerto join their London office. Key responsibilities:
PA Duties:
Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team, including diary management and scheduling across time zones.
Organise complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Coordinate client and team events, from breakfast meetings to dinners, ensuring all logistics run seamlessly.
Office Management:
Be the heart of the office, championing culture and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Manage office supplies, facilities, and administrative processes, identifying ways to improve efficiency.
Organise team events and initiatives to enhance collaboration and engagement.
Team Support:
Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and entrepreneurial work environment.
Provide solutions and suggestions to support the company’s growth and evolving needs.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a PA, Office Manager, or in a similar role, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
A proactive, can-do attitude and confidence to suggest and implement improvements.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across a multicultural team.
