PA / Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Harron Homes is committed to delivering high-quality luxury new quality homes and communities across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, based at our new flagship offices in Morley in Leeds, this individual will provide executive support to the Regional Managing Director of our Yorkshire business.

Responsibilities

As a highly driven and extremely well organised individual this role would cover:

  • Time management and prioritisation of Managing Directors diary and workload.
  • Manage calls received for the Managing Director, ensuring comprehensive messages are taken where required.
  • Diary Management - organising internal/external meetings and regional site visits.
  • Preparing Board documents/pack.
  • Attend Board meeting, take minutes, issue minutes and follow up on any actions.
  • To action follow up requests for information from Group MD, with Regional MD and Regional Directors.
  • Manage Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) for customers under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Manage customer complaints which have escalated to MD. Liaising with the Customer Service Department to gather the relevant information to respond to the complaint.
  • To ensure Health and Safety policies are implemented by liaising with Group SHE Advisor.
  • Attend Meetings where required, take and issue minutes.
  • Social Events organise company events when required.
